Food intolerance manifests itself when certain foods cause digestive problems after ingestion due to a Syndrome called Leaky Intestine Syndrome that can generate an Irritable Intestine Syndrome and consequent problems derived from these two Intestinal Syndromes.
Among the most common symptoms of these syndromes are: allergic intolerance to lactose, gluten, fructose, sucrose, corn and yeast.
Symptoms of food intolerance can appear as soon as the food is eaten or it can take up to 72 hours for symptoms to appear. Among the main symptoms include:

How is the exam performed?
A small hole is made in the patient's finger through an apparatus known as a lancet. The sample – a drop of blood – is collected and transferred to a cartridge. Subsequently, the allergens in each sample that may cause possible intolerance are analyzed.
